Jiten
BSc (Hons), MRPharmS
Jiten is our Chief Executive Officer working alongside Bhavika to ensure business operations are maintained effectively and to implement long term strategies to grow the company. Jiten is a qualified pharmacist and also overseas the operations of the family pharmacy business Nash Chemists. Jiten is an expert on medicines and medicines management and this expertise is embedded into the Nash Homecare procedures and training. Jiten is a keen sports man and enjoys playing cricket, football, boxing, on a regular basis.
Bhavika
BSc (Hons), MA, CIPD
Bhavika is our Managing Director for the company. She is responsible for ensuring the Company achieves its aims and objectives in providing the highest quality of care to its clients, in addition to overseeing the day to day operations of the business. Bhavika has extensive experience in people management, and is an expert in matching and developing the right talent with the right job role! In her spare time Bhavika is developing a keen eye for photography and enjoys taking snaps of her family and friends.
Sam
Sam is our Registered Care Manager and plays a pivotal role in managing and developing the service, as well as working closely with Bhavika and Jiten to lead the agency to achieve its long term goals and vision. Sam comes to us with strong domiciliary care experience working more recently as a Client Experience Manager at another domicilary care company. She has helped and supported various home care agencies run their day to day operations, improve quality standards as well as grow hours of care provided. One of Sam’s main targets will be to manage the quality remit for the agency to ensure we continue to work towards achieving an outstanding CQC rating.
Jane
Jane is our finance and payroll coordinator and she ensures the ensures the smooth running of the financial side of the business. Jane is pivotal in ensuring financial processes are followed and regulation are adhered to. In her spare time, when not busy with family life, she can be found playing Wing Attack for her local netball team.
Jade
Jade our Senior Care Coordinator. Alongside Tina, our Care Coordinators are usually the first point of contact you will have with Nash Homecare. Jade is responsible for the continuity of care for all our clients, by supporting home care assistants and clients. She also takes responsibility for on-boarding new talent joining our team. Jade would love to have some hobbies but being a mum takes up all her time at the moment.
Tina
Tina is our care coordinator who has been with Nash for almost 2 years, working in the on-call team and as a carer during the week. The care coordinators are usually the first point of contact you will have with Nash Homecare. They take responsibility to ensure the service we deliver is in line with the company’s high standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
