Are you a caring person ?
We are always on the lookout for outstanding carers to help enrich the lives of our clients, and in turn we will fully support your career with us.
We look for people who can demonstrate a real passion for caring and supporting others, whether that be for a friend, a loved one or in a professional capacity.
Being part of the Nash Homecare team is immensely rewarding but can come with challenges. This means you need to be able to ‘think on your feet’ and be flexible to enable you to deliver the high standards of care we are committed to.
We work together with you to ensure that our clients’ needs are always met, and rely upon our carers to be our ‘eyes and ears’ on the ground to identify where changes to the client’s care plan may be required.
If you are looking for flexible part time work or a full time role we would like the opportunity to work with you. You do not necessarily need to have professional care experience, but you must be able to demonstrate compassion towards others, dedication to learn and the desire to deliver high standards of care.
To help you on your journey as a professional carer with us, we offer you lots of support by:
- Providing a comprehensive induction and on-going training
- Regular catch up reviews to give feedback about your work
- Support for professional qualifications and further development
Most importantly you will be part of a supportive team and have someone to talk to if you have any questions, or just need some advice.
As a Nash Homecare employee you will also benefit from:
- Flexible hours to suit your availability
- Competitive rates of pay
- Paid holiday
- Free uniform
- Career development including induction training, on the job shadowing, and on-going learning and development
Applicants will need to hold a full driving licence, have their own transport, be eligible to work in the UK, be able to complete DBS checks and have excellent communication and listening skills.
If you would like to join a team that makes a real difference in people’s lives, whilst developing a successful career in care we want to hear from you.
