As a private home care company all our clients are responsible for paying for the services we deliver to them. However some clients may be eligible to have some or all of their care subsidised via direct payments. Direct payments allows your local authority to fully or partially subsidise your care and enables you to choose a home care provider that best suits you. The level of funding will depend on individual financial circumstances as well as an assessment of your care needs, usually carried out by a member of the adult care services team.
Our care fees have no hidden extras and there is no VAT to be added. Costs differ if care is required in the week, the weekend or bank holidays and we will discuss and agree this with you at your assessment. We can offer visits of 30, 45 minutes as well as a full hour or longer, so that your care needs can be met in as flexible a way as possible that will suit your budget.
Our assessment is free of charge, so even if you decide not to go ahead we won’t charge you.

Paying by Direct Debit
We are able to accept payments via Direct Debit. In order to do this simply fill in the Direct Debit mandate form by clicking the link below and printing the form out. Once filled in you need to send back the form to us at the office and we will set up the Direct Debit payments for you.
